Mr. Hassan Muhammad Khan has done dual majors in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Boston, USA, which he followed up with a Masters in Business Administration. He has traveled widely in the world and his areas of interest include innovation in management and educational models. As an educationist of distinction, Mr. Hassan Khan has played a pivotal role in establishment, development and recognition of institutions of IIMCT.
He is Managing Trustee of IIMC-Trust, Chancellor of Riphah International University Pakistan, Board member of ASPIRE for Excellence of AMEE President Pakistan Patient Safety Association and Director of Hearts International Hospital, Rawalpindi.
He has done his MBBS from Rawalpindi Medical College, Punjab. Completed his General professional training in Internal Medicine, MRCP and Diploma in Cerebrovascular Disease & Stroke Medicine DCSM (RCPI) from Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He has been working as a Consultant Physician Internal Medicine at Al Rayan Hospital for the last two years which is a 462 bed private hospital providing key medical and surgical specialty services. I am a member of Infection prevention and control committee, and my role is to review the policies, procedures of the committee and help hospital wide implementation of infection control and surveillance program.
He was employed as a full time Consultant Physician Internal and Elderly care medicine at Limerick University Hospital which is a 560 beded tertiary care facility. He was a member of LPT committee, and my role was evaluation and placement of elderly patients both in hospital, and at St.Itas community hospital to Long term care institutions/Nursing homes.
He worked as a full time Consultant Physician Acute Medical Assessment Unit at Bantry General Hospital county Cork. I worked as a full time Consultant Physician in Internal and Geriatric Medicine at Mallow General Hospital County Cork. He worked as a full time Consultant Physician in Internal and Geriatric Medicine for 2 years 2 months at Mayo General Hospital which is a 320 bedded County General hospital under Health Service Executive Ireland.
Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad is a social scientist of international repute and founding Vice-Chancellor of Riphah International University. He carries a PhD from the Temple University, Pennsylvania, USA. He has held numerous academic leadership positions both nationally and internationally.
He is former Vice President of International Islamic University, Islamabad and founding Dean, Faculty of Revealed Knowledge & Human Sciences, International Islamic University, Malaysia. He is former President & Secretary General of Association of Muslim Social Scientists, USA and a Fellow of The University of Sains Malaysia.
He writes on contemporary social, political and cultural issues faced by the Muslim Ummah. He has contributed articles in the Oxford Encyclopedia of the Modern Muslims World, New York, the Encyclopedia of Islam, Istanbul, Turkey, the Encyclopedia of Islamic Economy, London, the Muslim World Book Review, UK and other professional journals.
She has been founding member of Islamic International Medical College Trust as well as member of the Board of Governors of the Riphah International University since the founding of the University.
She has been actively involved in various University programs particularly those which relate with character building and grooming of female students of the University.
Begum Rahat Afza Khanum as a social worker has taken personal interest in welfare work done by the Trust and the University including disaster management programs organized by Riphah Social Welfare Department and charity work done at Riphah – Pakistan Railway Hospital.
Mr. Tariq Iqbal Khan is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Pakistan, with diversified experience of more than 40 years. He was pivotal in founding Islamabad Stock Exchange where he subsequently served as President as well.
He has also served as the Member Tax Policy & Co-ordination in the Central Board of Revenue, followed by being appointed as Commissioner SECP, where he was instrumental in restructuring the SECP. He also held the charge of Chairman SECP (acting) for a brief period. He served on prominent national level committees like Committee for formulation of Take Over law. CLA Committee for review of Security & Exchange Ordinance 1969, Committee for formulation of CDC law & regulations and Prime Ministers Committee for Revival of Stock Market. He served as the Chairman and MD of NIT for more than 8years, which played the role of a catalyst in establishing, strengthening and stabilizing the capital markets. Additionally, during this period, he held the charge of Chairman & MD of ICP, for almost 5years. He has served on Boards of the top companies like CDC, Faysal Bank, Bank Al-Habib, GSK, ICI, Siemens, and Packages etc. Presently he is a member of the Boards of Gillette Pakistan Limited, International Steels Limited, Lucky Cement Limited, National Refinery Limited, Packages Limited, Silk Bank Limited and PICIC Insurance Limited.
He is LL.B. from University of the Punjab 1960, later in 1962 he enrolled as Advocate Lahore High Court. He is Life Member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Practicing at Rawalpindi and Islamabad since 1960.
He has vast experience in handling cases of civil nature, he has worked as Standing Council Pakistan Ordnance Factories for about 40 years.
He is amongst founder members of Pakistan National Heart Association, member of Board of Trustees of IIMCT
He is currently working as Chief Executive Officer ISE Towers REIT Management Company (Formerly Islamabad Stock Exchange Limited). He played an effective role for the creation of ISE Towers REIT Management Company which came into being post integration of stock exchange business of Islamabad Stock Exchange with Karachi Stock Exchange in order to form a consolidated Pakistan Stock Exchange.
He is Board of Director of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX). HE also served as Director of Board on Central Depository Company (CDC), Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) and JCR-VIS Credit Rating Agency. Worked as Chief Executive of ZAVIA ENTERPRISES and Vice President of JS ABAMCO Ltd. He also have experience of working for Central Depository Company LTD, Tariq Sadiq Brokage House and Automatic Data Processing Walthom, USA.
